Office err Library Casual?

I have been spotting a lot of you Dads out there lately and frankly I am disappointed in you. First off this dad was so busy asking the Librarian about Winnie the Pooh (I think he was getting it for himself) to notice his little boy was abusing the toddler computer station as well as my daughter.
Notice his shoes, I mean I think they are shoes? They can probably spawn up stream if asked to do so. Office casual means loafers not shredded up tires purchased from your local REI. The jacket… Tweed baby ‘cause you know thats how he rolls. Sir, welcome your your own fashion hell.

Silly Wilma, those aren’t
Silly Wilma, those aren’t actually shoes at all! See, he was riding his bike barefoot when he fell over and got all tangled up in the wheels, the result was that his bicycle tires were horrible wrapped around his feet but with his son nearby he played it cool and chose to walk around in them hoping no one would notice.
