Research is showing that more and more women are suffering from PPD and not seeking help. I had a struggle after the birth of my daughter and sought help from Dr. Pec Indman. Perhaps one of the most sweetest people I have ever met she also new everything there was to know about what was going on with me. She also gave me this book and it was very useful.

Ms. Boynton is a must for new moms. Her books are often found at Ross, Marshalls and discount places but they’re great so if you spot them - grab ‘em. We stumbled onto, “But Not the Hippopotamus.” when my daughter was about a year and then proceded to collect as many as we could grab. They’re fun, short and rhythmic. Great for babies and also as beginning reader books.

I stumbled upon these before I could actually use them with my oldest. When he was old enough the proved to be quite fun for both of us. We have a few of the sets. Great for car rides and planes these are the perfect educational stepping stones.

My husband loved it as a kid and now so does our little man. This book is silly from start to finish. Although Amazon claims it’s for kids 9-12 my son understood the concept and it’s a favorite right before dinner to get the glands salivating.

A fantastic game for kids as little as two years old I’d say. It can be as short as long as you’d like it and it’s sort of like Twister with much more clever yet easy to follow challenges. Fun & silly for the whole family.

Have to post this since it’s basically permanently stuck in the car’s cd player. We took our daughter to see her perform and ended up meeting the singer, herself a mom. She dedicated the first song of the evening to my daughter, which song did she pic? Adreneline Rush. It’s easy on the ears for parents & kids alike.
