Research is showing that more and more women are suffering from PPD and not seeking help. I had a struggle after the birth of my daughter and sought help from Dr. Pec Indman. Perhaps one of the most sweetest people I have ever met she also new everything there was to know about what was going on with me. She also gave me this book and it was very useful.
