I love Anthony his smart wit and ability(or stomach) to try virtually any food offered to him is an adventure in itself. In this Book Bourdain describes what drove him to become a chef and the long road there. Anyone who wants to know more about the culinary industry or if you have worked in food service you’ll understand a lot of what our friend Tony has to say.
